NOTE : Make sure your NBA 2k16 were updated from update 1 to update 6.

*** if you got invisible players make sure before you update your 2k16 from update 1 to update 6 make sure your 2k16 uses default files. not moded files

*** if you got invisible players even your 2k16 were not modded close your nba2k16 then delete the sync.bin then run the 2k16 see if the invisible players were fix. if its fix copy the latest sync.bin if you like.

*** if there are no changelog for update its more probably an accessories update.
